Being the friendly face that engage in conversations with first time guests, offering them a brief visit of the lobby area and information on hotel services.
Staying updated about hotel services, guest needs, and special events.
Adhering to policies and procedures when working front of house equipment and property management systems.

Excellent communication skills.
Ability to anticipate and resolve challenges and complaint resolution finesse.
