As Front Desk Manager, you will be the main lead in creating a positive stay for our guests, overseeing the Front Office team and providing a high level of service for our guests.
Your responsibilities include:
Coordinating the activity of the department to create a memorable experience for our guests.Mentoring and motivating the team in order to reach their full potential.Ensuring a good relationship is maintained between Front Office, Event Department, Housekeeping & Maintenance.Being the key point of contact for our guests, efficiently responding to their inquiries and providing information and assistance.Staying updated about hotel services, guest needs, and special events.Ensuring policies and procedures compliance.Exceed expectations revealing:
A unique personality and a true passion for hospitality.2+ years of experience in a similar role in 4 or 5-star hotels.Excellent communication skills.Familiarity with Opera PMS for efficient operations.Ability to anticipate and resolve challenges and complaint resolution finesse.A commitment to delivering a high level of customer service.Impeccable grooming standards.Versatility in handling various work scenarios.Embrace global diversity by speaking:
