#ELC Beauty Advisor
Beauty Advisor is the guide in the realm of cosmetics and beauty products, helping customers navigate the vast universe of beauty with expertise and passion. The aim is to unlock inner radiance, unleash confidence, and self-expression in every customer they meet.
The Role
You will be the expert for our brands, providing a welcoming, authentic, and personalized shopping experience in order to achieve all customer service and sales targets. You will make sure that each customer has a unique and inspirational in-store experience, providing tips and promoting new products to encourage sales and customer engagement.
Key Performance Areas
Fulfill clients' expectations and ensure a high level of service both in-store and online; Demonstrate great knowledge of the Brand and its products; Manage autonomously sales related to all categories in-store for a cross-selling customer experience; Focus on achieving and exceeding individual and team targets; Reach CRM objectives and follow the guidelines to increase customer loyalty; Resolve all customer problems and complaints quickly and efficiently in keeping with company policies; Organize visual merchandising material and prepare shelves according to ELC guidelines. Qualifications
High School Diploma and/or Specific Certifications in the beauty industry; Previous retail industry/guest services experience (preferably within beauty); High Touch level of service, able to provide personalized recommendations and build customer relationships; Strong interest in the beauty industry, especially in luxury cosmetics; Collaborative attitude with co-workers to achieve sales goals; Fluency in Italian, English is considered a plus.
