Say Social, a leading digital agency in social media services, is on the lookout for a New Business Development. **Tasks**
- Identify and research potential new business opportunities.
- Build and maintain relationships with prospective clients through effective communication and networking.
- Develop and present compelling proposals and presentations tailored to the needs and goals of potential clients.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless transition of new clients and projects.
- Track and analyze sales performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and optimize sales strategies.
**Requirements**:
- 2+ years of business development or sales experience in advertising/marketing
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- Demonstrated ability to identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to drive growth
- Strong verbal and written communication/negotiation skills
- **Proficiency in German is essential**, along with English and Italian, for effective communication. _**Applications without German will not be considered.**_
- Ability to build relationships with clients, partners, and internal teams
- Understanding of digital marketing trends, strategies, and tools
- Experience with CRM software and sales analytics is a plus
- Strong analytical skills to assess market trends and competitor activities
- Willingness to travel for client meetings, industry events, and conferences
- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities to address client needs effectively
