We boast a team of experienced and enthusiastic people, committed to the continuous growth of the company through the development of new ideas and business projects.Who we are looking for As part of our growth and expansion plan, we are now looking for a New Business Developer to join the sales team and perform the following activities:Mapping, market analysis, profiling and research for new potential customersIdentifying, from a commercial perspective, the best business opportunities in the Italian territoryFinding the suitable company contact person for proposing the offerMeetings with potential clients via call or in person nationwide, analyzing their needs to prepare the best offerThe resource will also be able to deal with:Participating in industry events/exhibitions• Commercial visits to prospect companiesCreating progress reportsIdentifying areas for improvement in sales processesTo be successful in this role you need to have the following skills : at least 4 years of experience in B2B sales activities in the telecommunications or messaging sector or in a multi-channel environmentexperience in a dynamic and strongly result-oriented environment with a focus on continuously expanding businessmotivation, organization, excellent communication skills and the ability to empathize with both customers and other team membersexcellent use of the major IT tools (office 365 with related applications)excellent knowledge and command of both the Italian and English languagesFor this profile we value soft skills such as initiative, communication/relationship skills, problem-solving attitude, teamwork and autonomy in organizing work, as well as orientation and commitment to the company's philosophy and business objectives.The proposed position will be commensurate with the professional experience and the salary in line with the real skills of the candidates.
