We are seeking a results-driven Account Manager to lead sales efforts for Integra's Neurosurgery product line within a defined territory.
In this role, you will focus on achieving and exceeding sales revenue targets through strategic planning, relationship building, and delivering exceptional customer service.
With 70% of your time spent in the Operating Room, you will provide consultative support to surgeons and healthcare professionals while maintaining extensive product knowledge.
This position collaborates across multiple teams to ensure customer satisfaction and regional goals are met.
Your Responsibilities Develop and grow business with existing and new accounts, targeting untapped opportunities.
Achieve quarterly and annual sales objectives as defined by management.
Prepare and execute a formal business plan, including regular progress reports.
Collaborate with Account Executives (AEs), Neurosurgery Clinical Consultants (NCCs), and other specialists to drive results.
Identify opportunities for product improvement and share insights with sales, marketing, and product development teams.
Stay up to date on product innovations, disease state knowledge, and industry trends.
Adhere strictly to corporate policies, country-specific codes of conduct, and compliance requirements (e.g., Sunshine Act).
Coordinate with internal departments such as Quotes & Tenders and Customer Service to streamline operations.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience (business or science-related field preferred).
Minimum 2 years of business-to-business sales experience.
Proven ability to build relationships with medical professionals and support complex sales cycles.
Surgical device or medical sales experience in a similar region.
Familiarity with tender management processes.
Strong negotiation, analytical, and communication skills.
Soft Skills Collaborative team player with a growth mindset.
Confident and adaptable in dynamic hospital environments.
Additional Requirements Valid driver's license.
Ability to travel 50-60% within the territory.
