You will:
Coordinate significant projects, ensuring technical requirements and deadlines are met. Oversee the integration of various subsystems and ensure seamless communication across the network. Provide technical expertise and mentorship to junior and middle-level engineers. Lead the design, implementation, and management of complex telecommunications systems. Oversee project documentation related to network configurations, changes, and maintenance procedures. Develop strategies to enhance network performance, security, and scalability. Monitor project performance and ensure system and infrastructure reliability and availability. Collaborate with senior engineers to resolve network issues and optimize performance. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate network systems with other technologies. What we expect from you Master's degree in Telecommunication Engineering or related fields. Technical Skills:
Overall proficiency in IP networks and communication protocols. Familiarity with telecommunications systems and network design. Proficiency in microservices architecture and embedded software developments. Deep technical knowledge of network systems and subsystems. Proven track record in managing large-scale network projects (time, scope, and costs). At least 5 years of experience with telecommunications systems and network design, preferably in railway/aerospace. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to identify and address technical issues quickly and efficiently. Strong communication and collaboration skills to effectively work with cross-functional teams. Good command of Italian and English language. Serious motivation for the Employeneurship model of TMC.
