Network Operations Supervisor

To support our business and continue to grow, we are currently looking for our new Network Operations Supervisor.
In this role you will be responsible for the proper management of the network of suppliers/partners within the designated geographic area, ensuring effective territorial coverage and adequate service levels.
YOUR CHALLENGE WILL BE:
Managing relationships and communication with external branches (e.g. suppliers/partners) within the designated geographic area, also by means of regular physical visits;Being responsible to onboard, train and support external branches (e.g. suppliers/partners) regarding TYP's operational, technological, and sustainability procedures and standards;Monitoring the performance and service levels of external branches (e.g. suppliers/partners), ensuring compliance with TYP procedures and standards, and implementing corrective actions if necessary;In alignment with the Transport Purchasing team, negotiating last mile distribution services with suppliers.WHO YOU ARE:
You have a minimum of 7 years of relevant working experience, preferably in an express delivery courier or similar;You are experienced in managing vendors;You have good interpersonal skills;You have a strong sense of ethics;You can balance an assertive style with a solution-oriented approach.
