What you will be responsible for: Responsible for the daily network maintenance of mining sites in Bhutan, including but not limited to wired, wireless, WAN, firewall, and related software definition solutions. Regularly inspect the network environment of the mining site, identify problems, prepare fault plans, and network optimization. On-site troubleshooting of mining site in a timely manner. Coordinate with other departments to deal with various on-site issues, e.g., CCTV. Responsible for network deployment of the new construction mining site in Bhutan. How you will stand out: Computer-related graduates with 3 years or more networking experience. Proficient in TCP/IP protocol principles and the operation principles of common network protocols (BGP, OSPF, STP, 802.1x, LACP, VPN...) and configuration optimization. Proficient in network configuration such as routers, switches, and firewalls. Experienced in network architecture design and deployment. Familiar with Linux OS, able to carry out basic system installation and configuration. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. While performing the duties of this job, the employee may sometimes be exposed to heat, noise, and vibrations. The noise level in the work environment and job sites can be loud. The exposure will not be constant but could occupy a large amount of a person's time during the day while on-site. Safety & Noise reduction equipment will be provided by the company. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk and hear. The role allows working remotely flexibly where necessary.
