Purpose of The Role: Assist in the design, implementation, and maintenance of IP networks. Support the configuration and troubleshooting of network communication protocols. Monitor network performance and ensure system and infrastructure reliability and availability. Collaborate with senior engineers to resolve network issues and optimize performance. Design and manage telecommunications systems to ensure effective communication between various systems. Develop and maintain communication through microservices and embedded software for network applications. Monitor and troubleshoot network performance issues, providing solutions to improve efficiency. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate network systems with other technologies. Ensure the security and scalability of network infrastructure. Document network configurations, changes, and maintenance procedures. What we expect from you Master's degree in Telecommunication Engineering or related fields. Overall proficiency in IP networks and communication protocols. Familiarity with telecommunications systems and network design. CISCO (CCNA) certification is a plus. Experience: 0-6 years of experience. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to identify and address technical issues quickly and efficiently. Strong communication and collaboration skills to effectively work with cross-functional teams. Good command of Italian and English language. Serious motivation for the Employeneurship model of TMC.
