COMPANY PROFILE:
PRIMARY FUNCTION:
The Network Development Coordination is responsible to drive the growth of construction brands through strategic focus, planning and associated actions to improve dealer capabilities, network expansion, and increased performance in target market segments.
This role creates, maintains and manages all dealer set up, agreements, including variations and terminations for the CNH Industrial Dealer Network.
Ensure that all systems are functioning and that the correct access to systems is maintained for the dealer network.
**MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES**:
- Work with other CNH functions to develop a 3 year network plan, upgrading coverage, performing SWOT analysis on the territory, identify underperforming areas, supporting to properly execute the network development related actions.
- Manage the dealer appointment, startup or termination process
- Manage and maintain all database related to the information of the dealer network.
- Support in system optimization with other departments coordination
- Ensure and execute actions for proper identity stardards.
- Manage the budget for the relative activities.
- Share network best practices
- Monitor, consolidate and share any change in the competitors footprint and network strategy
- Monitor, consolidate and share any change in the Share of Wallet of the network and financial capabilities
QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS:
- Degree in Economics, Business Management and Administration or related
- 3-5 years of experience within the agriculture or construction equipment business environment or similar organization would be highly regarded
- Relevant Network Development experience within an AG/CE or Automotive equipment OEM/retail business environment or similar organization
- Advanced English, and possibly French or German
- Advanced analytical skills
- Advanced communication skills
- Strong leadership, organizational skills, and drive for personnel development
