Role and Responsibilities The role will see the successful candidate join the IT team as a NetSuite administrator. The candidate will report to the NetSuite Team Manager and will work both alone and as part of a project team. The role will require the user to maintain, develop and support automations and integrations within the NetSuite ERP system and associated integration platforms. Daily activities will include: Design, build, test and deploy customizations in NetSuite, leveraging SuiteScript, Workflows & Custom Records Lead the implementation and support of system integrations to/from NetSuite Troubleshoot and resolve process, application and functional issues Technical & general user support and training, liaising with multiple departments General NetSuite administration & BAU duties Requirements: More than 3 years of experience on NetSuite at an administrator level (OneWorld preferred) Experience working in technical helpdesk or support roles Comfortable working with SuiteScript to resolve business issues & improve processes Integration experience (REST, SOAP), iPaaS (e.g. Celigo/Boomi) experience a plus Maintain up-to-date knowledge of NetSuite functionality, customization and integration Fully confident supporting all aspects of O2C, P2P and R2R Experience working with data import processes and migration Comfort in creating and testing processes, documentation development and end user training Fluent in English and Italian is mandatory. Preferred Skills Detail oriented and curious; able to self-motivate, organise and prioritise Able to balance technical skills with business knowledge to transform user needs into functional and technical requirements Excellent verbal and written skills; able to communicate with users at all business levels What we Offer Type of contract: Permanent contract in accordance with the CCNL applied in the company (Terziario-Confcommercio).
