.NET Software Developer - Engineering Software Your job: Develop and test a high-quality application software in the field of automation technology used for commissioning, parameterization and programming of electrical servo drives, PLC systems and remote I/Os. Ensure the implementation, integration, testing and deploying of the software that follows the DevOps principles. Collaborate with cross-functional international teams. Continuously enhance and seek out methods and tools and actively acquire new knowledge. Technical Competencies and Requirements: Master's or Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or comparable qualification. Excellent written and spoken English. German language skills are an advantage. Professional Competencies and Requirements: Proven expertise as a full-stack developer in Microsoft .NET (C#, WPF) and in the development of modular, platform-independent software systems. Good knowledge of software architecture, object-oriented software development and design patterns like MVVM and experience in the design of programming interfaces (e.g., REST API). Experience in agile software development methods, e.g., SCRUM, version control (GIT). Experience in the development of engineering software or application development in an industrial environment as well as in software development for embedded devices shall be considered as an advantage. Personal Competencies and Requirements: Excellent logical thinking and problem-solving approach. Willingness to pursue a software engineering career in the automation industry. Quick learner with a positive mindset and excellent cooperation skills. Strong motivation and enthusiasm for professional development. Oriented towards goals achieving and results.
