About the Role We are looking for a driven and commercially minded net revenue manager to join our Italian team and help us drive stronger financial results by developing a cohesive commercial strategy for the Italian market. Working closely with the Local commercial organization (Customer Marketing, Sales, Finance, Marketing), and reporting to Head of Growth Revenue South West, you will drive both the role and functionality, with the objective of rolling out best practices and repeatable models to deliver on revenue targets and initiatives within the Italian market. This role will be based in Legnano (Milan), with a flexible rhythm of 3 days at the office and 2 days on home office after the probation period.
What will you do: As Net Revenue Manager, you will utilize market intelligence, analytics, financial data, and scenario planning to develop strategies that influence the key areas of RGM across Price, Promotion, PPA, Mix, and Trade Spend Efficiency. You will achieve this by developing close working relationships with cross-functional teams, leveraging existing expertise within the sales, marketing, and finance teams to help inform decisions and track success. Critical to the success of the role will be your ability to take the lead in change management across sales, marketing, and finance communities to drive a revenue management mindset and ultimately embed the strategies into 'business as usual' activity.
Own local pricing roadmap, create and align SKU level pricing proposals in line with cluster pricing & PPA guidelines and commitments.Develop a harmonization plan towards targeted net pricing corridor.Translate cluster Trade architecture framework into market investment choices linked to desired NRM outputs. Identify trade term opportunities for increased conditionality and effectiveness.Partner with Sales, Customer Marketing, Finance, Sales operations, and Portfolio & Activation to ensure transparency of Trade spend by account and program to help inform decisions and track success.Who you are: Proven relevant experience in RGM and NRM; previous experience in Sales is preferred.Proven ability to achieve results in a matrix organization with cross-functional teams.Good commercial understanding and analytical skills.Excellent communication and confident presenting skills.Fluency in Italian and English.What we can offer you: At Essity, we embrace the individual and recognize the remarkable power that can be harnessed when different ideas, backgrounds, experiences, and perspectives come together.
