**Position Summary**
Responsible for accelerating and implementing the personalization strategy aimed to attract, engage and keep more and more foodies into the new S. Pellegrino ecosystem.
**A Day in the Life of the Personalized Consumer Experience Lead**:
- Implement the Personalized Consumer Experience strategy in accordance with the Global plans and support markets in the local roll out of the new S.Pellegrino ecosystem.
Contribute to define a business case.
- Define and execute an integrated data capture plan (DMP and CRM) to increase consumer knowledge to deliver personalized consumer journeys.
Segment and manage customer data and set up marketing automation with the appropriate funnels and campaign.
- Develop data acquisition campaigns to support the growth of a global data base by attracting new courious foodies.
Support markets in test and learn, share best practices and consolidate results
- Support to define and manage an end to end execution of a global engagement program and sustain the evolution toward an interactive model to create a long lasting relationship.
Help markets in defining a tailor made approach and guide them towards a local execution.
Increase fine dining lovers website users engagement through interactive content, newsletter program and triggers to stimulate participation and to create a sense of community.
Track and analyze full program KPIs.
- Coordinate external contractors, marketing service suppliers and partners in order to define and configurate the appropriate rewards scheme that satisfy consumers expectation.
- Provide assistance on the external contractors management, (from follow up meeting to agreement definition), and ensure a fluid program execution (from rewards/benefits implementation to discount/voucher erogation).
- Work closely with eContent and Events manager to ensure an holistic view on partnership activation and establish new workflow for an ongoing strategy update.
