Contribute leading the development of complete solutions that better meet shopper & customer needs defining the Picture of Success for the category.
Prioritize sub-channels and define channel strategies to win in Out of Home environment.
Support CDM in ICP process and operational plan definition
**A day in the life of Channel Development Specialist OOH Confectionery**:
Responsible for developing sub-channel plans, contribute to the development of the strategy at all levels:
- Will identify opportunities within all prioritized channels to execute the key category initiatives.
- Ensure consistency between strategy and execution by collaborating with the corporate structure.
- Collaborates closely with marketing to define the assortment strategy for each sub-channel according to shopper needs.
- Sets the commercial policy both for all year-round portfolio and campaigns (Valentine's Day, Easter and Christmas) for all sub-channels.
- Actively involved in building the ICP process with the other functions
