Role Overview: They are seeking an experienced and strategic National Sales Manager to lead their sales team in Italy. This pivotal role involves overseeing key account managers, enhancing B2C hospital and managing tender business. The ideal candidate will have over 10 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry, with expertise in therapies such as oncology, cardiology, diabetes, hospital products, ARVs.
Key Responsibilities: Lead and mentor a high-performing sales team of key account managers. Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve business objectives and expand market presence. Foster strong relationships with key stakeholders in B2C retail, hospital business, and tender business. Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify opportunities for growth. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies. Monitor sales performance metrics and provide actionable insights to drive continuous improvement. Represent company at industry events, conferences, and meetings to enhance brand visibility and network with potential clients. Necessary Skills and Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Pharmacy, or a related field. An MBA or advanced degree is a plus. A minimum of 10 years of sales experience in the pharmaceutical industry, with a strong background in oncology, cardiology, diabetes, hospital products, or critical care. Proven track record in managing and leading successful sales teams. Extensive experience in B2C hospital business, and tender business. Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Willingness to travel as needed. Job Type: Full-time
