You'll oversee sales for their division that manufactures agriculture equipment and works with dealer partners across the US and Canada. Overseeing both Regional Sales Managers (8) and an Inside Sales/Operations Team (6), you'll work with the Executive Leadership Team to optimize the dealer channel allowing for increased market share and revenue growth. To achieve this, you'll create retail, wholesale, and dealer programs while devising a plan for its tactical execution in the field. They're looking for someone who has been the driver of leveraging product marketing with sales opportunities that allow for bottom line expansion. Someone who can clearly communicate how they've played a key role in launching retail programs that have expanded dealer engagement allowing for better promotion of product lines. Although they have the backing of their international billion-dollar parent company, they operate in more of an entrepreneurial start-up like environment. For that reason, they are looking for like-minded individuals who crave innovation and autonomy. Someone who doesn't rest on their past accolades and understands how important accountability is to ensuring overall team performance. This is a great opportunity for someone who would enjoy the flexibility and autonomy you'd typically find at a small company but with the stability and security of a global 100-year-old organization.
