As an intern, you will help drive growth by tracking sales, preparing reports, assisting with client engagements, and supporting event coordination.

**Sales Reporting, Tracking, and Analysis**
Support the team in collecting, organizing, and analyzing daily sales data, tracking key metrics such as sales volume and client performance.
Assist in compiling monthly sell-out reports across various channels (retail, e-commerce, vending) to assess product performance and identify improvement opportunities.
Track sales against targets, analyze discrepancies, and provide insights to help align with business goals.
Contribute to sales analysis by generating insights into market performance, sales effectiveness, and customer behavior
**Client Engagement, Coordination, and Event Support**
Organize and schedule meetings with clients, managing logistics for both in-person and virtual meetings, and preparing materials such as presentations and product samples.
Assist in coordinating client participation in key events (trade fairs, RB events), ensuring logistics and client engagement are smooth.
Handle travel arrangements for client meetings and sales team activities, ensuring all details are well-organized.
Provide logístical support during events and fairs, coordinating everything from booth setup to client interactions, ensuring the company's activities align with strategic goals.
**Materials and Presentation Support**:
Assist in preparing and organizing presentation materials for client meetings, ensuring alignment with company branding and objectives.
Support the distribution of product samples and promotional materials for client meetings and events, ensuring timely availability and proper documentation.
**Administrative Support**:
Provide administrative support to the sales team, including scheduling meetings, updating client records, and managing internal communication.
Assist with ad-hoc tasks and contribute to overall team productivity, ensuring smooth daily operations.
**Qualifications**:
Current student or recent graduate in Business Administration, Marketing, or related fields.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to use KPIs and data-driven strategies.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word), with a focus on Excel for reporting and data analysis.
Self-motivated, proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement.
Team-oriented with a positive attitude and eagerness to learn.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams and clients.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Experience or strong interest in event management and client relationship coordination, ensuring successful client engagement and smooth execution of events.
