All about the role:Reporting to the Italy National Account Manager Online, you will oversee managing the relationship with customer Amazon at a national level. You will be responsible for organizing, planning, and implementing the commercial strategy for this crucial customer, coordinating other functions to achieve results and meet KPIs.
In detail, you will:Plan Annual Customer Business PlanPlan quarterly and monthly commercial activities driving the mix for the main online customerSales forecasting and customer's stock monitoringLead sales negotiation and sell-out activities in accordance with the company's strategy to gain market share in the online marketAnalyze promotional performances, define priorities, and launch plan for noveltiesManage the customer budget (rebate/funding) in line with the company budgetRelationship management with external and internal stakeholders. Strong collaboration with the Digital Team to have the right focus on content and advertising campaignsRequirements:Academic educationSolid experience in online channel sales (preferably in consumer electronics or home appliances markets)Previous experience in managing customer Amazon will be considered a plusGood knowledge of digital instruments and tools with a clear sell-out improvement focusGood negotiation and presentation skillsGoal-oriented and self-motivated, driven by ambition and determinationMS Office advanced userRequired languages: Italian and English (fluent level)
