ROLE PURPOSEYou will be responsible for leading and supporting VGE's Key Accounts in Italy with the main objective of achieving financial goals and customer satisfaction.MAIN RESPONSABILITIES* Drive accelerated revenue growth and acquire new business by identifying potential markets for new and existing products and services in accounts.
* Identify and pursue sales opportunities and leads that may come from meetings, customers, other vendors, suppliers and more.
* Direct the strategic planning of national accounts, their development and leadership of appointed Vodafone Global Enterprise accounts.
* Develop and maintain executive level relationships with key accounts.
* Timely and accurate forecasting of new business revenue and value.SKILLS, KNOWLWDGE AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREDProven experience in new business acquisition, including solution sales within large multinational companies or Business Development skillS.Fluent knowledge of English and Italian.Proven ability to manage stakeholders in a matrix organization.Collaborative and team building approach.MUST HAVESales experience in ICT (minimum 5 years), Finance - Insurance.Experience managing large national or multinational clients across multiple functions and decision-makers, including relationships with senior management levels.Bachelor's degree in Business Administration (BBA) or Engineering considered as a plus.Location: Milan.
