The role: Client Management: Collaborate with your team to manage national clients in the Off-Trade channel and their points of sale.
Grow our business in revenue, market share, and profitability by leveraging market opportunities and client relationships.Commercial Strategy: Optimize the commercial relationship with national Off-Trade clients, focusing on AB InBev brand presence and product mix to maximize benefits for both the company and the customer.Financial Responsibility: Oversee the P&L for the customer, create, negotiate, and implement annual account promotion plans, and manage individual budgets.Market Analysis: Analyze, explain, and explore opportunities based on qualitative and quantitative results, maintaining a dynamic understanding of the market and a professional approach to client relationships.Collaborate with Group National Account Managers, National Account Managers, Regional Account Managers, and the Sell-out Team.Engage continuously with Logistics & Ops, Finance, Marketing & Trade Marketing, Pricing & Revenue, Category Managers, and Sales Intelligence.Maintain daily commercial relationships with clients and connect with international representatives for analysis and project development.Who we're looking for: Professional Experience: Proven commercial experience for 3-5 years as a Key Account Manager in Off-Trade structures and expertise in P&L management.Technical Skills: Familiarity with database analysis applications and market indicators (e.g., Nielsen).Personal Qualities: Dynamic team player with strong results orientation, problem-solving skills, negotiation abilities, and a sense of responsibility.
