How you will contribute You will use your in-depth process and service knowledge in your area of expertise to ensure that service level agreements and obligations are met. As a co-owner of the development of standard operating procedures, you will drive standardization and simplification of processes. In addition, you will provide input for training materials, ensure that standard operating procedures and data protection activities comply with Mondelez International policies and the law, analyze and report on exceptions and offer recommendations for process improvements, and lead the sustainable continuous improvement process for the team.

Your specific process area Working in a shared service organization Being a good team player and influencing others Process design and mapping, and business requirement gathering experience Communicating effectively, applying interpersonal skills and taking initiative More about this role Main responsibilities in this role: Accountable for operating the monthly payroll process- salaries for Mondelez Italy and release of the monthly payments for 900 employees Responsible for the correct processing of company policies Creation and delivery of salary calculations and salary statements Replying to salary relevant questions including Social insurance and tax and accountable for corresponding declaration Collaboration with external payroll provider Accountable for SOX and business controls execution Cross-European cooperation with other payroll teams for standardized ways of working Cooperation with KPMG for Expat payroll Industrial companies Managers management collaborating with Payroll Lead Year End and Monthly Accounting Balance Sheet management collaborating with Payroll lead Job specific requirements: University degree, preferred in Economics and Finance Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Italian and English essential Experience of working within an international and multi-cultural environment (min. 3-5 years) Italian labor law knowledge Highly numerate, proficiency in Excel is essential Experience with Workday and business services is an advantage Strong accuracy and attention to detail is essential Self-directed, able to multi-task and manage fluctuating workload Payroll Environment knowledge, SAP preferable and not exclusive Relocation Support Available?
