Position Summary
As part of the Business Strategy Management team, you will have the opportunity to support the definition of the best offer strategy, working on development and execution of business strategies to support and enhance the company's leadership and achievement of all internal goals (market share, revenue, profit, operational excellence).
You will contribute to the creation and management of the divisional business plan, which is the primary tool for understanding the direction the company will take in the near future.
You will support the team in setting timelines and coordinating resources (investments) for business activities, ensuring that strategic projects are delivered on time.
Role and Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the creation of Business plan for MX division, from conception to implementation.
This includes meeting all project deadlines, maximize all KPI, staying within budget constrain, and matching the high-quality standards.
- Monitoring market trends, consumer behaviour, and competitor activities to identify opportunities and potential threats.
Utilize insights gained to identify potential opportunities for growth and recognize threats that could impact business operations.
- Produce quantitative performance analysis and early reporting of deviations from the plan
- Support product price positioning, contribute to strategically position all product by analysing product features and price elasticity.
Support the development of positioning strategies that will enhance promo share and sell-out performance.
- Analysis of business offer execution to check alignment with strategy
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify new business opportunities and optimize existing processes.
Skills and Qualifications
Qualifications/Requirements:
Educational Background: Master of science, MBA Preferred (Business Administration, Marketing, Management Engineer)
Professional Background: 1-year exp in Sales or Marketing roles
Computer Knowledge: Excellent knowledge of Excel and PPT | Good skills of main office automation software and market analysis tools.
Language Knowledge: Very good written English; good spoken English.
