**Posizione**:
- We're looking for a MV skid product manager to join the R&D department to contribute on NHOA's standardised MV solutions.
The product manager will be the owner of product-level cost models and will lead all the initiatives to achieve competitive cost positions, while balancing functionality and compliance needs._
**Tasks and Duties**
- Provide thought leadership in product planning and strategy discussions
- Interaction with R&D and engineering team to develop product and new features
- Direct interaction with customers and Sales team to assess customer needs and inform product development plans
- Interaction with other key external stakeholders such as suppliers and industry trade organizations
- Ownership of product-level cost models
- Definition and grooming of requirements and specifications
- Analysis of competitor solutions and insights into what development is needed to increase differentiation or close gaps
- Ownership of product documentation development and management, including documentation for both internal and external audiences
**Requisiti**:
**Technical Requirements**- Experience in managing the design of Electrical Energy Systems for production and distribution at MV level
- Knowledge of international electrical codes, standards and industry practices
- Knowledge of electrical design, materials and methods installation, especially in power generation
- Master's degree in electrical engineering
- Experienced in interfacing with suppliers and availability to travel abroad
- Good communication skills English and Italian

- Knowledge of stationary electrochemical storage technologies
- Knowledge of 3D CAD drawing programs (Solidworks)
