NoOffer DescriptionThe project entails multi-omics studies in hematological diseases, including acute leukemias and lymphomas, to study the molecular heterogeneity of the disease, identify risk factors for relapse, and for toxicity of therapy.
RNA-seq data will be obtained to characterize gene expression profiles, as well as non-coding and circular RNAs, and expressed variants with a pathogenic role.
Further integration with genomic and proteomic profiles will be possible.
The work of the fellow will mainly consist of omics data analysis, also with machine learning methods.
