CBS-2405-155MSL ONCOLOGY ITALYROMA We are seeking a permanent Oncology Senior MSL position within a Pharmaceutical Industry startup, reporting directly to the Global Medical Director.
This position is home-based in Italy.
Responsibilities: You will serve as the company's scientific expert, providing advice and disseminating internal and external scientific research information.
Additionally, you will act as the company's representative within the medical community, facilitating understanding of study conclusions and clinical investigations while addressing any queries.
Accountabilities: Manager relationships with assigned KOLs as well as identify and mapping of new KOLs.
Address and respond to medical information requests from healthcare professionals.
Support training activities within the medical community by conducting briefing/speaker training for KOLs in the territory.
Aid in the implementation of local and international clinical trials and observational studies by selecting participating centers.
Gather and manage company-relevant insights.
Design and execute the regional medical plan in coordination with the Medical Director.
Participate in clinical sessions, providing both support and leadership.
Manage relationships with regional scientific societies, identifying opportunities, and supporting the dissemination of relevant scientific information within the therapeutic area.
Territory: Sicilia, Puplia, Lazio, Campania, Sardegna, Abruzzo… Skills, Experience Knowledge Requirements: Scientific Degree (Medicine, Pharmacy, or Bioscience).
Preferred: PhD or Master's Degree.
8-10 years of experience in a similar position within the Pharma Industry.
Experience in Oncology, Oncohematology, or Rare Diseases.
Digital proficiency for leading webinars, digital advisory boards, online training, etc.
Willingness to travel.
Proficient in English (both oral and written).
