Thermo Fisher's mRNA unit in Monza is looking for a Project Manager role!
What will you do?
Maintain focus on clients' requirements and the interests of the company.
Generate key documentation including the Technology Transfer Master Plan/Scope, Process Gap Analysis between receiving site and transferring site, Technology Transfer Report, Project Timeline, and Action Item lists.
Lead, track, follow up, and supervise project activities to ensure alignment with expectations and agreed-upon timeline.
Coordinate planning, execution, and completion of all Feasibility/Development/Scale-up phase activities.
Hold regular meetings and correspondence between internal and client teams.
Collaborate with Business Management to identify new business opportunities and meet with clients, discussing new products or project updates.
Optimization of the Production Costs: Contribute to the optimization of the production process, with continuous efforts to increase project savings on the technical side, while maintaining compliance with cGMP and company procedures.
Help the Commercial Quotes Group assess technical costs for new job orders by providing material details, production schedule, processes, and supply costs that align with company interests.
GMP & Health & Safety: Ensure cGMP is applied in the work area and follows cGMP in all areas of the business.
Understand and apply, as needed, emergency procedures and safe systems of work.
Follow all EH&S requirements.
Observe safety behavior in the working environment.
Education: Completion of a Bachelor's Degree or its equivalent (depending on country) in a scientific/pharmaceutical area (FCT, Pharmacy, Chemistry, Biotechnology) or in engineering.
Technical skills: Pharmaceutical production
Advanced Client service
Professional Experience: Typically requires 5 years of previous related experience and a general knowledge of Pharmaceutical Proven experience.
Equivalent combinations of education, training, and meaningful work experience may be considered.
Languages: English + local languages: Sophisticated written and oral communication skills
Personality Traits: Advanced Negotiation & Interpersonal skills.
Commercial business orientation/financial skills.
Strong analytical abilities with detail orientation.
Strong ability to work and to guide a team as well as independently.
DESIRABLE:
PMP certification is an asset, as is client service/project management experience.
