Role Purpose Execute the site-specific relocation plans through collaboration with Space Planners, Facility Managers, Move Vendors, and local lines of business representatives adhering to the quality and best practice methodologies.
What this job involves Moves, Adds, Changes: Provide a single point of contact for all move management activitiesOwn the relationships with MAC and related suppliers, inclusive of procurement, communications, planning, and performance managementEnsure all move management activities are performed consistent with documented processes, schedule, and budget, ensuring client satisfactionCollaborate with Space Planners, Facility Managers, Project Managers, and Construction Managers to establish move project goals and objectivesExecute relocation and migration projects within the CAFM/IWMS technologyAdminister all finance processes with MAC suppliers, and contribute to site FM's budget and forecasting exercisesEnsure all project initiation, execution, and closeout documentation are completeManage employee communications for moves and projectsReport on churn, cost metrics, post-move surveys, and volumetric move dataReport on project status and update tracking, maintaining files for due diligence and financialsSpace Data Management: Ensure data accuracy within Space technology for assigned locationsManage new hire and internal transfers assignments within CAFM systemData audits within business and technological systemsPhysical auditing spaces for changes and working with Space Data Managers for updatesPerform data input into the SPACE to maintain accurate occupancy informationCommunicate floor plan changes to Space Data Management teamCustomer engagement Interact with customers, identify their needs and provide ad-hoc MAC supportSurvey service quality, gather feedback and follow up on customer challenges and benefitsResolve customer tickets in a timely mannerEnsure great customer experience throughout service providedOther Key Responsibilities: Participation in planning meetings hosted by the client, Occupancy & Space Planning, and other key stakeholdersCoordination of asset data for FF&E (furniture, fixtures & equipment) via 3rd partyUpdate Directory and Evacuation Site PlansAssist in managing locker assignment in tandem with local FM teamsKey Interactions Space PlannersBusiness unit representativesMAC Program LeadFM teamsSpace Data Management team3rd Party Move VendorsSound like you?
