If you are passionate about providing top-notch service to your clients and have a proven track record of retaining and building your client list, please start your application today!ResponsibilitiesESSENTIAL SKILLSAt least two (2) years of experience in mortgage lending.At least two (2) years of experience as a production loan partner preferred.Knowledge of mortgage loan products and types of loans.Must have exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills.Outstanding work ethic and time management skills.Perform exceptionally well under pressure.Possess strong oral and written communication skills.Ability to manage workflow.PREFERRED EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:A bachelor's or associate degree or certification in finance, mathematics, accounting, or another equivalent field of study.Previous experience with Encompass, a plus.Bilingual English/Spanish a plus.Communicate a thorough understanding of different loan programs and closing costs to help prospective buyers make a decision.Manage a large pipeline of loans to ensure your production meets our requirements.Work closely with borrowers, loan officers, title companies/attorneys, or insurance companies to gather and prepare all documents needed to satisfy underwriting requirements.Interface with realtors, processors, and underwriters to ensure a smooth transaction while overseeing all customer interactions.Ensure all phases of the loan process are performed in accordance with regulatory and company guidelines.QualificationsAt least one year in the business.
We are willing to train the right person with the drive to learn!Knowledge of FHA, VA, USDA, conventional, fixed/ adjustable loans, Bridge Loans, Non-Conforming Loans, FNMA and FHLMC, and Home Equity Lines of Credit.Understanding of loan originator software such as Experian, LendingWise, or Calyx, and Office Suite highly preferred.Exceptional decision-making ability, superior written and verbal communication skills, and superb interpersonal and customer service skills required.Knowledge of state and federal regulations, and company underwriting policies and guidelines.Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university required in banking, business, real estate, or a related field.Compensation$100,000- $150,000About The Gogan TeamThe Gogan Team is a quickly growing team specializing in Naples, Bonita, and Estero Florida.
