Tasks and Responsibilities To manage the communication with customers (both end users and distributors) and to provide customer support, training and validation study support: To provide the customers necessary information and documentation, to answer general and routine technical questions of the customers, informing customers about the specifications, usage, storage or delivery of the product-service.
To keep his training/skills up to date at all times by taking refresher training sessions.
To keep the records of all the performed activities and report them to the Product Manager and the Sales Manager.
To analyze the market and potential customers, to provide feedback to R&D, Sales, Marketing, and Logistics.
To record customer requests, complaints and suggestions, to analyze customer satisfaction and customer feedback, to provide solutions for the customer complaints, to gather data from the market to understand new trends.
To perform and organize & coordinate the customer training and demonstration visits, to organize and ensure the required human resources, kits, materials, equipment, instruments, etc.
for these visits.
To perform customer training sessions and demonstration visits at customer sites.
To guide, organize, aid and train the other application specialists in the team.
Profile B.Sc.
or M.Sc.
in molecular biology, biology, genetics, or biomedical engineering, Language skills: Italian & English, Computer knowledge for Windows systems, experience in the use of office programs, Strong organization, planning, and time management skills in a multitasking environment, Willingness to travel throughout the country.
