Do you want to help us build the DNA of tech? Vishay Italy is currently seeking applicants for Engineering Sub-Division Power Modules. In this position, you will follow the Engineering activities (Process and Project) related to the Modules assembly Lines in the Vishay Sub-Division Power Modules (Vishay Lines and Subcon Lines).
Job Location: Vishay Semiconductor Italiana spa is site focused on the design, development and production of power diodes and power modules. There are around 300 employees currently working in Borgaro Torinese, Italy. This number is constantly growing due to our expansion plans.
What you will be doing: Manage divisional PCR to qualify changes on both Subcon and Vishay site.Support the activities related to the phase in/ramp up in full production of new products on Subcontractor (Integration) according to the R&D / Operation and Quality Requirements (Customer Requirements) in line with APQP process.Support improvement activities on the Subcon.Support problem-solving activities in Team with Quality Group to address customer quality issues.What you will bring along: Bachelor's, Master's degree, or PhD in Management Engineering or similar.2+ years of relevant experience with Power modules Process and Product.Good knowledge of SPC, PFMEA, DMAIC, 8D and Problem Solving instruments (IS-IS NOT, Fish bone, etc.).Good Knowledge of Process Management Tools.Good Knowledge of PCR and APQP flows.Good attitude to interface with different cultures and functions.Good attitude in dealing with issues and requests from Top Managers.Good motivation to master new major challenges.Good coaching and mentoring skills.What can we offer you for your talent: Vishay offers a comprehensive suite of benefit programs including health care coverage, financial support programs, and other resources designed to help you achieve your personal and professional goals.
