MAJOURI is a niche perfume house founded in 2017, crafted in France and inspired by multicultural roots.
Primary Function Manage and ensure that the MAJOURI our Subsidiary brand services and product lines resound with current or potential Traders. In addition, they monitor marketing trends as well as keep an eye on competitive companies in the marketplace so they can stay ahead of competition.
Brand Management Analyze brand positioning and consumer insightsShape and communicate our vision and missionTranslate brand elements into plans and go-to-market strategiesLead creative development to motivate the target audience to "take action"Establish performance specifications, cost and price parameters, market applications and sales estimatesMeasure and report performance of all marketing campaigns, and assess ROI and KPIsMonitor market trends, research consumer markets and competitors' activitiesMonitor product distribution and consumer reactionsAlign the company around the brand's direction, choices and tactics along with the marketing directorCore Competency Framework Knowledge BA degree in Marketing, Business Administration or any other similar field.Master degree in Marketing, Business Administration or any other similar field.Familiarity with the latest trends, technologies and methodologies in graphic design, web design, production, and others.Skills 5+ Years of experience and expert knowledge about marketing and related subjects (advertising, market research, consumer behavior, marketing analytics) culled from years of hands-on experience preferably in the fragrance and or fashion industry and in the marketing field.Familiarity with the latest trends, technologies and methodologies in graphic design, web design, production, etc.Brand strategic planning, thinking in general market dynamics, and trends, with the ability to translate insights into actionable and strategic recommendations.Excellent communication skills, report formulating, presentation and fluency in spoken and written English and Arabic required.Strong research and analytical skills, with a multitude of detail-oriented projects at one time.Easily adapt to change and be proactive in identifying problems and finding solutions.Familiar with G-suite applications.Attitude Demonstrates a strong commitment to upholding the highest ethical standards and integrity in all audit and compliance activities.Work collaboratively with internal teams, external auditors.Demonstrates resilience in the face of challenges and setbacks, maintaining composure and finding effective solutions to overcome obstacles.
