Reports to Bar Manger and Assistant Bar Manager
**Primary Responsibilities Include**:
- Assumes responsibility for quality guests' experience.
- Present drink menus, make specific recommendations and answer questions regarding beverages.
- Welcome customers entering the bar area and maintain a friendly atmosphere.
- Take orders from customers and serve drinks in accordance with clients' instructions.
- To be a good representative of the bar establishment, paying attention to customer satisfaction and doing anything possible to improve the customer's experience.
**Requirements**:
**What You Bring**:
- Excellent communicational skills, both whit Guests and co-workers/ colleagues.
Skilled at engaging audience.
- Detail and guest care oriented
- Flexibility and ability to effectively adjust to major changes in work tasks or the work environment
- At least 2 years of experience in the same role, preferably in luxury hotels
