For more information, click here. What You Will Do The Process Improvement Engineer will deal with Mixing and Dispensing of Liquid production efficiency improvements. Key Responsibilities • Identifies improvement opportunities and lead process and technical solutions, tracking performance and analyzing deviations, proposing and implementing solutions in comprehensive continuous improvement attitude; • Implements and sustains lean manufacturing methodologies (ex. World Class Manufacturing, TPM, TPS, Continuous improvement) and acts like an accelerator on deployment of cost saving, automation and waste elimination activities. • Identify and implement control systems and the key performance indicators (KPIs), leads kaizen groups and action plans; • Plans and conducts activities related to the development of new processes including researching current and emerging technologies, evaluating process cost, quality and capability improvements. • Develop and co-develop effective, high quality, high performance processes and design guidelines for new product and/or technical solutions and improvements performing equipment, material and processes evaluation; • Implements equipment, materials, and process performance improvements cooperating with technical stakeholders. • Edits and publishes process documentation and training materials for processes, materials and equipment. Qualifications What We Are Looking For Required Qualifications • Master's degree in technical Engineering (ex. Mechanical, Chemical, Automation, etc.) • Proven knowledge in Lean Manufacturing and passion for production improvement and seven wastes elimination: • Six Sigma / 5S methodology is highly recommended. • Fluency in English (intermediate); • A previous experience in a big scale, lean manufacturing Consumer and/or Alimentary production site is preferred. Personal attitudes • Has good leadership and team building attitudes supported by technical skills. With a structured mindset can analyze data and drive problem solving with a strong attitude to change and improve the status quo with a proper deployment and reapplication. • Enables the organization to grow consistently ensuring proper deployment, training and standard mindset. • With a Continuous improvement and Zero Waste mindset, has a lateral thinking, challenging status quo in never-ending research for optimization. • Has scarcity mentality with pragmatic less-for-more approach. • Seeks for the root cause and with a continuous learning and improving approach and is aiming to look for solution to fix to the root cause focusing forward. • Complement motivation and engagement with analytical databased method.
