**JOB PURPOSE**
- The Miu Miu CRM and Clienteling Insight Specialist is responsible for developing and reinforcing a customer centric analytical culture across different areas of the business ensuring the development of specific analytical tools for the brand.
**RESPONSABILITIES**
- Direct responsibility in providing insights on customers' behaviour from various perspectives to different stakeholders (from Store staffs to Executive Board), to support business understanding and decisions.
- Support the Miu Miu WW CRM and Clienteling Manager in the identification and monitoring of the trends to support and promote new and successful strategies.
- Collect feedbacks from regions to enhance weekly and monthly Dashboards, monthly KPIs book and one-off analysis.
- Define yearly CRM KPIs targets at a worldwide and regional level.
- Revise the current dashboards and develop new reports in line with the needs of the brand, working closely with the IT department.
- Mentor, guide, direct and manage direct reports to execute and run CRM strategy with excellence.
- Manage analysis for all the main stakeholders.
- Train the Local Teams on the current use of reporting tools.
**KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS**
- At least 3 years of experience in similar role, preferably in the luxury industry- Strong and proven analytical background- Previous consultancy experience is a plus- Fluency in Excel- Fluency in English- Excellent relationship skills- Flexibility and ability to multitask- Strong attention to details- Proactivity and problem-solving attitude- Strong organizational, communication and interpersonal skills
