The engine of our success is the importance and value that we place on the talent and passion of our people leading to their own professional growth.JOB PURPOSEYou support the Stock Referent in all the responsibilities related to the warehouse management and in providing services to the Store.You ensure the correct handling of goods in store, complying with the KPI's and guidelines and company procedures for the care of the product.RESPONSIBILITIESEnsure the care and protection of the product according to company guidelinesDay-to-day management of goods receipt and storage in line with company procedures and criteria, preparing products to be brought to the sales floor and in special areas while optimizing the timing efficiencyPrepare shop-to-shop and returns transfers in compliance with company guidelines and timelinesPrepare the flow of E-Commerce orders (Prada.com or e-Tailers) making sure to guarantee the required service levelsPrepare the flow of the damaged products, not sellable product (On Hold, Consignment ...), products under repairOrganize the Packaging and Stationery physically and on the IT systemsOrganize the Display objects systemParticipate in the correct management of Uniforms flowParticipate in the correct management of correct flow of Gifts flowCorrect protection and packaging of the product both inside the store and for transfers, including E-Commerce shipmentsEnsure that the company guidelines are adopted in the event of theft, especially in terms of communication and documentation producedSupport in the prompt investigation in the event of system negativesManage the flow of the product and the related documentation, recording their movement in the IT systemParticipate in the organization and execution of the Physical and Cycle Inventories of the finished product and accessory locations (packaging / stationery and Engineering materials) respecting the company timingSupport the management of the warehouse activities related to salesEnsure security and cleanliness of the warehouseSupport the Stock Referent in optimizing and rationalizing all available spaces (in collaboration with the Store Manager and the Store Operations Manager)Support Client Advisors in the sales process and collaborates with the Visual Merchandising team in case of needMaintain contacts and relationships with the providers usedKeep updates and organizes the archive on a monthly basisComply with KPIs updates, guidelines and company procedures from the relevant Store Operations Manager, from the Store Manager or from the HeadquartersKNOWLEDGE AND SKILLSSimilar 2-3 year experience in this role, preferably in the Luxury/Fashion industryHigh sense of responsibilityBeing able to work in team as well as alone #J-18808-Ljbffr
