JOB PURPOSE The Miu Miu Junior Projects Business Analyst will be part of a creative and international work environment and will collaborate directly with the Miu Miu Projects Analyst, supporting strategic and operational projects and working closely with executives and key company stakeholders. They will assist in monitoring all activities with a cross-functional approach and in providing reports and analysis to support strategic decisions and operational projects, according to business needs. They will proactively present key findings and business insights and will support in ensuring the timely rollout of all key projects.
RESPONSIBILITIES Assists in preparing analysis and documents for key strategic and operational meetings, drawing minutes and ensuring action plans are properly executed across functions.Supports in preparing analysis and reports to assist the Projects Business Analyst in monitoring Miu Miu business results, anticipating, when possible, business evolution and highlighting untapped business opportunities.Assists in ensuring timely and effective projects roll-out and in drawing up documents and reports on projects progress, facilitating cross-functional communication.Interacts effectively with key stakeholders to ensure business deadlines are met.Helps verify sales analysis and management reporting, and creates – when required – ad hoc and recurring analysis, interpreting results and identifying potential recommendations.Analyses market business reviews, highlighting key findings and proactively sharing best practices.Supports the Projects Business Analyst in any other key project and ad-hoc assignments.KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS Degree in Business Administration, Management Engineering, or related disciplines.Minimum 6 months of relevant experience in a similar role or in a major consulting firm.High proficiency with Excel and PowerPoint.Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a proactive attitude.Ability to set priorities and meet deadlines.Highly analytical and detail-oriented.Interest and curiosity in the Fashion & Luxury field.Proficient in English and Italian, other languages are a plus.
