The engine of our success is the importance and value that we place on the talent and passion of our people leading to their own professional growth.JOB PURPOSEWe are looking for someone that will support both the sales and the stock management.We are looking for someone that can work as a "brand ambassador", able to convey the Brand's philosophy and values.
As such, the candidate will be responsible for maximizing sales performance by fostering relationships with customers and developing their Brand loyalty, providing a unique experience in our store and guiding the client into our world.The candidate will also be responsible for stock management in terms of KPIs, corporate guidelines, and procedures.
He/She will facilitate the selling process through impeccable stock maintenance and be responsible for minimizing stock losses.
He/She will ensure the implementation of guidelines received from the Store Operations Department and Store Manager.RESPONSIBILITIESWelcome and serve the customer providing an excellent in-store experience at all times.Maintain and develop client relationships through an individual approach, leveraging CRM and digital tools.Be proactively engaged in cross-selling with all departments and maximize sales opportunities to achieve individual sales targets and KPIs.Stay up-to-date with fashion trends and competitors.Demonstrate brand and product knowledge.Effectively deal with customer complaints by liaising with the line manager when necessary.Ensure and maintain high standards for the shop floor and visual display, complying with company operational guidelines and stock procedures.Contribute to ensure a high level of security and be attentive to prevent product thefts.Ensure the safety of products and valuable material in the warehouse during the entire handling process.Manage daily goods receipt, arrange merchandise following corporate procedures, and prepare products for the sales floor and special areas.Organize, manage, and perform product counting and stock-takes.Ensure proper product flow tracking through the SAP system.Manage product flow during repairs.Handle stockroom activities related to markdowns.Guarantee returns, shop-to-shop transfers, and e-commerce delivery following corporate guidelines and deadlines.KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLSHigh affinity for luxury products.High sense of responsibility.Ability to work in a team as well as independently.Organized and detail-oriented.Mature and assertive.Business/Retail Management degree or equivalent is a plus.Interest in luxury/fashion, art, and design.
