Mission: As an analyst of Middle Office GTB, you will support the local Middle Office team in any administrative activity for Domestic Guarantees.
You will manage in autonomy your task and you will have to work in a team, always under the supervision of the Head of the Middle Office.
The role requires a strong client service orientation, process and regulatory knowledge and interpersonal and communication skills.
Tasks and responsibilities: Providing customer support by creating a strong link with the clients and being at the centre of the relation of the client Management of the entire process of domestic guarantees. In particular: receipt of the request by the client, preparation of the indemnity letter, analysis of the texts proposed in collaboration with Legal Department check the acceptability of the transaction and its feasibility in accordance with the credit line and internal procedures (commercial delegation, risk agreement) execute compliance checks before the transactions issue and register the guarantees notary requested (notarisation) administrative follow-up (amendments, extensions; book off) monthly check outstanding guarantees other administrative activities Coordination with the Back Offices Profile required Studies & experience: Diploma - Technical Administration, Finance and Marketing or degree in Finance or similar Previous experience in Domestic Guarantee and Customer Service Language skills: Fluent in Italian and English Technical, operational & Soft skills: Good knowledge of Excel, Power Point & Word Capacity to understand quickly Adaptability to the bank's systems Flexible, autonomous and responsible Team player Why join us Société Générale Italy is a multi-category bank offering every employee the possibility to have several careers in a professional career path.
