Each Alfa begins their journey with a fixed-term contract of 1 year (CCNL Commercio, III Level), with the aim of renewing to an indefinite term and continuing a long path of growth within our organization.

Location: Milan, Via Eritrea n. 21 20157 (Palazzo Tecniche Nuove) / Dachauer Strasse 17, 80335 Munich

Full Time: Monday - Friday | 09:00 - 18:00 | 1-hour lunch break

Hybrid Mode: 60% office, 40% home office - flexible Start Date: November 4, 2024 or December 2, 2024

Offered Salary (gross): Italy 26-32K / Germany 30-36K

Trial Period: If hired in Italy, 60 working days (3 months) as a probation period, in Germany, 6 months

In your role, you will be responsible for: End-to-End Recruitment: As a Recruiting Partner, you will manage recruitment and selection activities, including creating and posting job advertisements, active sourcing, evaluating resumes, conducting initial interviews via phone or video calls, and providing timely feedback to candidates. Project Management: Within our HR team, you are responsible as an expert for all talent acquisition topics and help to take the recruiting team to a new level. You will not only provide operational support, but will also be involved in strategic or process-related projects. Stakeholder Management: You establish yourself as a contact person for our hiring managers, advise them and create a unique recruiting experience for your internal and external stakeholders. Developing HR processes and guidelines to enhance the employee experience. Working in a team: Within our currently 6-strong and growing team, you will report directly to the Head of HR with whom you will implement the topics mentioned. We work closely together and support each other with our expertise and experience. Requirements: At least 3 years of experience in recruiting in an agency, startup and/or corporate environment, preferably for skilled Sales, Customer Support and Developers. Proven track record of excellence in sourcing, evaluating and hiring talent in volume roles. Proven track record of managing relationships with hiring teams and Team Leads, taking the lead in assessing talent needs and defining hiring plans. Experience creating reports, and using HR Softwares. Ability to quickly adopt and adapt to new technologies and systems. Experience working in a fast-paced, agile environment. Skill in bid negotiation, rapid understanding of local labor legislation and labor market trends. Empathy and confidence in talking with candidates, listening to their ambitions and delving into different backgrounds. Excellent Italian communication capabilities, fluent in English. Bonus requirements: Experience in tech startups specializing in software development or scale-up company. Intermediate German language skills. Basic level of Italian labour law knowledge. Selection process: Interview with Talent Acquisition Interview with Interim HR Manager and HR Generalist Onboarding and Training: During the onboarding phase at AlfaDocs, you will always have a colleague ready to support you and responsible for your training. Unless otherwise specified, an onboarding period of 1 week is scheduled at our Munich office, where you will have the pleasure of meeting our entire team and visiting the beautiful city!
