We are seeking an experienced Mid Frontend Developer specializing in OutSystems to join our team. Key Responsibilities Discovery Sessions: Lead sessions with internal departments to understand needs, bridging stakeholders and development teams. Propose technical strategies aligned with business goals and user-centered approaches.Design System Ownership: Take ownership of the design system, collaborating with designers to scale it as the organization grows. Ensure frontend components follow design principles and drive reusability.Cross-functional Collaboration: Act as a key voice in cross-functional teams, offering technical insights to enhance user experience and shaping the product roadmap.Mentorship: Guide and mentor junior developers through code reviews and best practices, ensuring development standards are met.Innovation & Research: Lead research and implementation of cutting-edge frontend technologies and low-code tools. Champion innovation through training and workshops.Debugging & Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve frontend issues and bugs efficiently.OutSystems Expertise: Utilize OutSystems to build, customize, and optimize frontend components.Continuous Improvement: Stay updated with the latest frontend technologies, frameworks, and OutSystems best practices.Desired Qualifications and Skills: 3+ years of experience in frontend development, with 1-2 years working on the OutSystems platform.Experience in Accessibility (WCAG), SEO, and responsive design principles.Understanding of OutSystems development and design systems (experience in creating design systems is a plus).Excellent communication skills in English, capable of presenting ideas and collaborating with cross-functional teams.Ability to work autonomously while being a team player.Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.Adaptable, eager to learn, and motivated to grow professionally.Preferred Skills: Experience testing and developing OutSystems components.Strong understanding of web accessibility standards (WCAG) and best practices.
