As Internal Sales Specialist, you will work in the Pre-Sales department to develop and implement challenging projects, aiming at improving the sales process and feasibility.
Your tasks Preparation of calculations and retrospective calculations Preparation of offer and order texts in cooperation with the our technical and sales department Order processing Maintenance and update of the customer database (CRM) Identification of considerable cost factors in cooperation with the technical departments Technical/commercial support in the phases of the sales process Documentation of technical specifications for the sales department Collection and verification of requirements and needs expressed by clients to influence the company strategic development process Definition and structuring of the technical-commercial specification of products Continued support and cooperation with technical departments for the definition of estimates and technical specifications Your profile Technical background, a master degree in electrical engineering, automation or similar is considered an advantage Good knowledge of English, being a German native speaker and knowing Italian are considered a plus Structured and autonomous way of working with a special attention to client needs Ability to understand industrial processes to create feasible projects during the sales phase Ability to identify and analyze technical and economic aspects, with a focus on the industrial processes and the definition of projects feasibility Strong relational and communication skills Availability to travel occasionally worldwide for meetings with customers or trade fairs, if necessary Driving license B MiCROTEC – WORLD LEADING WOOD SCANNING SOLUTIONS MiCROTEC is the global technology and market leader in intelligent wood property recognition for optimizing the use in the wood processing industry and has been setting the standards in this market since 1980.
