What We Offer Support in reconciling work and family lifeEurope-wide employee app "LEAPP"Discounts on accommodation and in the restaurants of the Fattal Hotel GroupTraining and development programmes at our Leonardo AcademyTeam eventsYour Main Duties Evaluation and analysis of rates, sending the complete offer to the client, follow up in collaboration with Revenue and ReservationPreventive reverification and supervision of all confirmed servicesOrganizing and conducting Site InspectionsSending contracts to clientsPreparation of service orders for each confirmed event to share with the relevant departments clearly indicating all details for the realization of the eventConfrontation with the F&B Manager regarding the request for F&B services at the bidding stage, if they do not match the defined standardManaging the event in the company systemNotify the hotel's F&B department of the event confirmation well in advance depending on the size of the groupWelcoming the client upon arrival at the hotel with presence and support throughout the event, if necessaryVerification of deposit payments and event balancesFinal check at close of event of final numbers before emission of invoice and/or related commission invoice in case of presence of a brokerage agencyYour Profile BE YOURSELF - Be authentic and yourselfHospitality studies or Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Hospitality Management, Sales or related areasPrevious experience as Events Coordinator, MICE Coordinator, or similar rolesAbility to work independentlyProactiveCapability of working with internal and external teams and partnersExperience in coordinating large-scale eventsFamiliarity with Sales software, in particular to create operational function sheetsExcellent knowledge of English and Italian languagesAbility to work under strict deadlinesMicrosoft Office literateWe look forward to receiving your online application!
