Mfg Materials Management Support

Dematic is looking for a highly organized and analytical Material Management Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and optimizing the flow of materials, ensuring timely production scheduling, and supporting overall inventory management. You will be a key player in ensuring that our production processes run smoothly by verifying material needs in the SAP system, scheduling materials for production, and coordinating with both internal and external teams.

Tasks and Qualifications: Key Responsibilities: Verify production needs within the SAP system and schedule materials accordingly.
Evaluate Material Requirements Planning (MRP) proposals and issue Purchase Requests (Rda) to the Procurement Office.
Create and monitor internal work orders as needed.
Check material availability, expedite delayed items, and issue withdrawal vouchers for the warehouse.
Manage third-party subcontracting processes.
Handle and fulfill Material Requests (RMI) from construction sites.
Control inventory levels, monitor stock value trends, and analyze material turnover rates.
Generate reports and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure process efficiency.
Requirements: 3-4 years of experience in material planning, inventory management, and production processes.
Strong organizational and analytical skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
Proficiency with SAP or similar ERP systems is essential.
Experience with Microsoft Office suite.
Ability to proactively solve problems and manage delays or disruptions in material availability.
