Responsible for departmental operations planning/execution or is focused on execution of professional activities within a technical discipline. Functions with some autonomy but guided by established policies or review of end results.

Job Description Roles and Responsibilities Contribute to the implementation of MES solutions utilizing the Software Suite. Own technical deliverables during the entire lifecycle of the projects. Engage throughout the full lifecycle of assigned projects, participating in decisions on architecture, design, and functionality to keep programs on track in terms of budget, time, and customer expectations. Work closely with the client to understand their needs and develop strategies tailored to their organization through site assessments. Make standard recommendations on workflow, application, interface, reports, testing, and uploads to customers through the implementation process. Responsible for go-live readiness and support as well as post-live checkups, collaborating with internal team members and clients to ensure customer satisfaction. Includes direct people management responsibility including staffing and performance development. Utilizes in-depth knowledge of a technical discipline and analytical thinking to execute policy/strategy. Knowledge of best practices and how own area integrates with others; aware of the competition and the factors that differentiate them in the market. Uses judgment and has the ability to propose different solutions outside of set parameters to address complicated manufacturing processes with technical variety and/or interdependent production cycles. Utilizes technical experience and analytical thinking, drawing from multiple internal and limited external sources to arrive at decisions. Acts as a resource for colleagues with less experience. May lead small projects with low risks and resource requirements. Explains information; develops skills to bring team members to consensus around topics within the field. Conveys performance expectations and may handle sensitive issues. Required Qualifications For roles outside of the USA- This role requires advanced experience in the Services & Digital Implementation Services. Knowledge level is comparable to a Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma with relevant experience).
