```html Process Engineer We are looking for a Process Engineer to join our Plant based in Merlino (LO).
The successful candidate will directly report to the Plant Manager and be part of a team made up of 150 people.
Responsibilities: Support in technical product development by identifying potential specifications for improvements.
Analyze product specifications, parts drawings, and other engineering data to develop new production processes, estimate time requirements for each step, and prepare operation sheets.
Analyze existing production processes and support the development of recommendations for changes to working methods or operation sequences that will minimize risks, costs, and wastage; increase yields and productivity; and improve the quality and consistency of final products.
Work closely with the operators, production manager, and quality team in the plant to analyze and solve any issues that may arise in all the production phases.
Your Experience and Background: Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Electronic, Materials, Industrial, …).
At least 3 years' experience in the manufacturing field, preferably in the production area.
Previous cable making knowledge will be considered a plus.
