Merlino Continous Improvement & Process Engineering

We're seeking a talented Continuous Improvement & Process Engineer to join our Merlino (LO) plant.
Role Overview: As a key member of our team, you'll report directly to the Plant Manager and your responsibilities will include:
Evaluate existing production processes and propose changes to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, minimize risks, and improve product quality. You'll focus on optimizing yields and productivity.
Identify opportunities for product specification improvements. Analyze product specifications, parts drawings, and engineering data to create new production processes.
Work closely with stakeholders with a collaborative attitude (maintenance, production, R&D, quality...) to address any production-related issues/matters that arise during various phases.
Qualifications: Engineering Background
2-4 years of experience in manufacturing, preferably within production.
Fluency in both Italian and English.
Willing to collaborate and work in a team.
Knowledge of SAP is a plus.
