THE MISSION
Paola Pacchiana, our Head of merchant operations, is looking for an Intern to join the team as Scalapay grows.
This role is based in Milan.
You will:
- Work on developing a strong and fruitful relationship with our merchants, replying to their requests and solving with the internal depts their requests(50% of the time)
- Marketing campaigns activation and planning (20% of the time)
- Upselling of our new products to the merchants (20% of the time)
- Back office time (10% of the time)
Expected key results:
- Improve the relationship with the merchants
- Increase the global satisfaction of the merchants
- Organizing successfully calls and events with them
Who We Are Looking For:
- A dynamic and strong person, willing to learn and working on different projects
Must have
- Degree in humanistic or economic field
- Italian/ English fluency is mandatory
Nice to have
- A second language (French or Spanish) is a plus
Soft Skills
- Data-driven and very organized, you like things to run like a machine
- You have excellent communication skills (verbal and written): you can break down complex topics into simple solutions and ideas
- You're a self-starter, autonomous & proactive: we're looking for someone who will go and get things done, not wait for instructions
