Merchandising E-Commerce Project Manager

Main activities and Responsibilities:
Oversee FF related activities regarding merchandising, product launches, stock allocation etc Present buying assortment and strategy to the partner, ensure merchandising guidelines are followed and monitor/review onsite merchandising for relevant e-commerce markets Identify buying opportunities for all categories and genders providing relevant feedback and guidelines to the buying team Guarantee main updates of the commercial calendar are correctly implemented Select specific products in order to support FF e-marketing campaigns, closely collaborating with internal teams Manage related catalogue and monitor product go-live in collaboration withDigital team Organize and coordinate dedicated touch bases with other teams (Merchandising, Sales&Marketing,) to drive online priorities Coordinate from a business point of view all related special projects and commercial initiatives Performance monitoring:
analyze dashboard performances and sales reporting by market/collection/product category, sales, stock and sell-through reports; monitor of conversion rate, average order value, return rate, orders evolution, newsletter e-comm performance Key requirements & competencies:
Prior solid experience in a similar role within the luxury industry Strong product background and proven track record with a Global Brand Project Management and Leadership Skills Ability to manage numbers, analysis and interpretation Knowledge of the E-Commerce field in the Luxury industry Fluency in English Advanced knowledge of Excel, Power Point Ability to both communicate and negotiate effectively Strong luxury feeling
